Cingulate added to Russell 3000E index

Cingulate Inc. (NASDAQ: CING), a biopharmaceutical company based in Kansas City, Kansas, announced it has been added to the Russell 3000E Index.
The Russell 3000E Index tracks the performance of approximately 4,000 of the largest investable U.S. equities and serves as a benchmark for institutional investors. All Russell indexes are fully reconstituted each June, with semi-annual reconstitution set to begin in December 2026.
CEO Shane J. Schaffer said in a statement: "We believe this inclusion will enhance our visibility with institutional investors, expand market awareness, and further position the company for long-term growth."
Cingulate is developing pharmaceutical products using its Precision Timed Release drug delivery platform, with its lead candidate CTx-1301, a treatment for attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, currently being evaluated under the FDA's 505(b)(2) pathway.
