ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNET), has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with All Chinese Internet Inc. ("1111") to help business owners and entrepreneurs in Taiwan launch operations in mainland China. The partnership started from the beginning of November 2011.
