China Digital TV (STV) Down 10% Today
China Digital TV (NYSE: STV) is down 10% today after rising more than 28% yesterday on no apparent news. The shares rose yesterday on heavier than normally volume. Two days ago, China Digital TV's CFO participated in a panel discussion at the Piper Jaffray & ChinaVenture Investment Conference 2008.
China Digital went public at $16 and the stock soared 75% on its IPO day. China Digital has a short ratio of 7.3.
China Digital spokesperson called me back today and said the CFO said nothing new at the conference and nothing new to report for now.
