Brookfield Real Assets Income Fund names new portfolio manager

Brookfield Real Assets Income Fund Inc. (NYSE: RA) announced that Aaron Greenberg will replace Justin Guichard as portfolio manager for the fund's securitized credit allocation, effective June 30, 2026.
Greenberg, a managing director at Oaktree Fund Advisors LLC, the sub-adviser managing the fund's securitized credit allocation, has been named portfolio manager for Oaktree's Real Estate Debt strategy and co-portfolio manager for Oaktree's Structured Credit business, effective immediately.
Prior to joining Oaktree in 2018, Greenberg worked as a CMBS trader at Morgan Stanley and later headed the secondary trading desk at Deutsche Bank. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and psychology from Yale University and a certificate from New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate.
Gaal Surugeon, Chris Janus and Riley O'Neil of Brookfield Public Securities Group LLC, the fund's investment adviser, will continue as co-portfolio managers. They remain responsible for the fund's day-to-day management and have authority to adjust strategic allocation between corporate credit, securitized credit and equity securities.
