Brightline Interactive closes $1.25M PIPE financing
Brightline Interactive, Inc. (Nasdaq: BTLN) has closed a private investment in public equity (PIPE) transaction, raising gross proceeds of $1.25 million through units of common stock and warrants to purchase common stock, according to a company statement.
The financing was led by Dr. Allan Evans, described in the release as a drone industry executive, participating in his personal capacity. The company noted that the transaction is not a corporate deal involving Unusual Machines, an organization with which Evans is affiliated.
Brightline said net proceeds are intended to support continued development of its SpatialCore platform and expansion into new markets. SpatialCore is described as an interoperability and operational context platform designed to connect data from sensors, autonomous systems, digital twins, and geospatial environments into what the company calls a shared, AI-ready understanding of the physical world.
"This market is moving fast," said Dr. Evans. "I believe SpatialCore is becoming a fantastic platform for scaling systems that use different robotics hardware and AI models."
Tyler H. Gates, President and Chief Executive Officer of Brightline Interactive, said the investment reflects validation of the company's approach. "SpatialCore is built to be the interoperability layer that supports this industry's ability to scale," Gates said.
Brightline operates across defense, government, and commercial markets.
