Bridger Aerospace names new chief accounting officer

Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BAER) appointed Rebecca Gerleman as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, effective September 18, 2026, according to a company statement.

Gerleman, 36, had served as Senior Director of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting at the company since February 2026, and previously held the role of Director of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting from December 2024 to January 2026.

Before joining Bridger Aerospace, Gerleman spent approximately 12 years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she held progressive audit and assurance roles, including a position in the National Professional Practice. Her last title at Deloitte was Audit & Assurance Senior Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Whitworth University and is a certified public accountant in California.

Gerleman's base salary in the new role will be $330,000. She will also receive a one-time equity award of $108,733 in restricted stock units, issued under the company's 2023 Omnibus Incentive Plan.
