Boumarang Inc. filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, according to a company announcement. The filing represents a step toward accessing public capital markets for the Irvine, California-based company that develops hydrogen-powered autonomous drone systems.
The registration statement contains information about Boumarang's business operations, financial condition, risk factors and proposed use of proceeds. The filing provides disclosure required under the Securities Act of 1933. The registration statement has not yet become effective, and securities cannot be sold until it becomes effective.
Boumarang develops drone systems powered by hydrogen fuel cells and integrated with artificial intelligence technology. The company has licensing agreements with Trust Stamp (NASDAQ: IDAI) for computer vision and AI technologies in its unmanned aerial vehicle systems.
The company expanded its operations through acquisition of the Wavedrone platform, extending capabilities from aerial to maritime applications. Boumarang targets commercial, infrastructure, humanitarian and defense sectors.
The company cited market research projecting the global drone market will grow from approximately $28 billion in 2023 to over $166 billion by 2031, representing a compound annual growth rate of about 25%.
Boumarang plans to execute its business plan in fiscal year 2026 using hydrogen fuel cell technology, AI integration and multi-domain platform capabilities across aerial and maritime applications.
