Blink Charging Co. (NASDAQ: BLNK) announced it received a formal notice from Nasdaq on July 28, 2026, granting the company an additional 180-day period to regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
The extension gives the company until January 25, 2027, to meet the minimum bid price standard. Blink Charging had requested the extension on July 7, 2026, after failing to meet the bid price requirement while otherwise continuing to satisfy listing requirements for market value of publicly held shares and other applicable initial listing standards for the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The company stated there is no assurance it will regain compliance within the extended period. Blink Charging said it will continue to monitor its compliance status and provide updates as appropriate.
