BitMine reports ETH holdings at 3.97 million tokens, total assets $13.3B

BitMine Immersion Technologies (NYSE American: BMNR) announced its cryptocurrency and cash holdings totaled $13.3 billion as of December 14. The company reported holding 3.97 million Ethereum tokens valued at $3,074 each, representing approximately 3.2% of ETH's total supply.

The company's holdings include 193 Bitcoin, a $38 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS), and $1.0 billion in cash. BitMine added 102,259 ETH tokens in the past week, according to the statement.

"BitMine continues to add steadily to its ETH holdings," said Thomas Lee, chairman of BitMine and founder of Fundstrat. "Crypto prices have stabilized in the past week, further evidence that crypto prices have begun to recover after the price shock of October 10th."

The company trades an average daily dollar volume of $1.9 billion over the past five days as of December 11, ranking 41st among US-listed stocks. BitMine describes itself as the largest ETH treasury globally and the second-largest cryptocurrency treasury after MicroStrategy, which holds 660,624 Bitcoin valued at $59 billion.

BitMine plans to deploy its staking infrastructure solution, the Made in America Validator Network, in early 2026. The company will hold its annual shareholders meeting at the Wynn Las Vegas on January 15, 2026.

The company's institutional investors include ARK's Cathie Wood, Founders Fund, Pantera, and Galaxy Digital. BitMine operates Bitcoin mining facilities in Trinidad and Texas locations including Pecos and Silverton.
