Bit Digital CFO resigns

Justin Zhu resigned as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of Bit Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: BTBT), effective August 1, 2026, according to a press release statement.
Zhu notified the Bit Digital Board of Directors of his departure on July 30, 2026. His resignation followed his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, Principal Financial Officer, and Principal Accounting Officer of WhiteFiber, Inc., also effective August 1, 2026.
Bit Digital noted that Zhu's departure was not the result of any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies, or practices.
The transition occurred under the terms of a Transition Services Agreement dated July 30, 2025, between Bit Digital and WhiteFiber, Inc. That agreement is set to terminate in August 2027.
