Beazer Homes (NYSE: BZH) proudly announces the launch of its new venture, Charity Home Insurance Agency. The new home insurance business line joins Charity Title Agency as a wholly-owned company with a pledge to donate 100% of its net profits to charity. This expansion marks a significant milestone in the company's commitment to providing an excellent experience for homebuyers while supporting local and national nonprofits through grants awarded by the Beazer Charity Foundation.

The Beazer Charity Foundation, established to make a difference in the communities where Beazer builds its homes, has seen remarkable growth over the past four years. The foundation's revenue has surged from $250,000 in FY21 to over $2.1 million in FY24. In that time, the Foundation has awarded 180 grants to more than 65 nonprofits across its national footprint. With the launch of Charity Home Insurance Agency, positive impact is expected to continue growing.

Beazer Homes is partnering with Westwood Insurance Agency to power Charity Home Insurance Agency, connecting Beazer homebuyers to some of the world's best insurance companies. This partnership allows the agency to offer a personalized insurance quote tailored to each buyer's needs. Quotes are determined in part by the exact specifications of the Beazer home the buyer has chosen, with every home being built to Beazer’s industry-leading construction standards.

“We are excited to collaborate with Beazer Homes to offer their homebuyers a quick and seamless way to secure home insurance,” said Alan Umaly, President, Westwood Insurance Agency. “Through our embedded insurance model, homebuyers can review and finalize a personalized quote early in the home buying process to ensure their new home is protected, even in a challenging insurance market.”

Through the partnership with Westwood, Charity Home Insurance Agency will be able to offer homebuyers competitive rates and personalized coverage options from leading insurance companies, ensuring that clients receive the best possible protection for their homes. In addition to homeowners insurance, flood, earthquake and wind coverage is available, and customers can bundle auto insurance with their new policies.
