Basel Medical Group resolves NASDAQ filing deficiency
Basel Medical Group Ltd (NASDAQ: BMGL) announced that it has resolved a deficiency related to Nasdaq's periodic filing requirement. The Singapore-based medical services provider received notification from Nasdaq that it now complies with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) following the filing of its amended annual report on Form 20-F for fiscal year 2025.
The company filed the amended annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 13, 2026. Nasdaq staff determined that Basel Medical Group has met the periodic filing requirement for The Nasdaq Stock Market, resolving the prior deficiency.
Basel Medical Group operates as a provider of orthopedic and trauma services, sports medicine, neurosurgical treatments, and general medical practices in Singapore. The company maintains clinics at seven locations including Suntec City Mall, Macpherson Road, Toa Payoh, Margaret Drive, Tampines, Gateway East and Gleneagles Medical Centre.
The medical services company has operated for over 20 years and serves corporate clients in the construction, marine and oil and gas industries. Basel Medical Group Ltd functions as the holding company for the group's operating subsidiaries based in Singapore.
