Baiya International's UpTop.Meme launches on Binance Alpha

Baiya International Group Inc. (NASDAQ: BIYA) announced that UpTop.Meme, a decentralized finance platform owned by Starfish Technology-FZE, has launched on Binance Alpha. The launch coincides with Baiya's July 2025 strategic merger framework agreement to acquire all equity interests and core assets of Dubai-based Starfish.

UpTop operates as a DeFi protocol built on BNB Chain, designed to provide on-chain liquidity infrastructure for crypto assets and tokenized traditional financial assets including U.S. stocks and treasuries. The platform aims to bridge traditional and digital finance through token trading capabilities.

Binance Alpha will host an airdrop campaign and global trading competition for UpTop users. The competition is designed to encourage platform liquidity contributions and multi-chain collaboration in DeFi infrastructure, according to rules set by Binance.

"UpTop's launch on Binance represents a strategic milestone in BIYA's full-scale transition into the DeFi and digital capital markets," said Siyu Yang, Chief Executive Officer of Baiya. "Through this partnership, we aim to rapidly build global community consensus and lay a solid foundation for the next phase of UpTop's ecosystem and user growth."

The merger agreement includes integration of Starfish's core assets, technical intellectual property, and operational team. Baiya stated the transaction represents its transformation into a capital market participant focused on Web3, digital assets, and DeFi protocols.

Baiya previously operated as a human resources technology company providing cloud-based recruitment and HR solutions through its Gongwuyuan Platform. The company plans to center its strategy around UpTop, advancing multi-chain integration and decentralized autonomous organization governance.
