BON receives Nasdaq compliance confirmation letter
Bon Natural Life Limited (NASDAQ: BON) announced it received confirmation from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC that the company has regained compliance with listing requirements.
The company previously received notification from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel on July 11, 2025, that it had regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which relates to minimum bid price requirements. The panel also advised that the company will be subject to a one-year discretionary panel monitor.
On July 29, 2025, Nasdaq confirmed the panel's decision and stated the compliance matter is now closed, according to the company's announcement based on a press release statement.
BON operates as a Cayman Islands-based company in the natural health and personal care industries, providing bio-ingredient solutions.
