BON Natural Life regains Nasdaq compliance
Bon Natural Life Limited (NASDAQ: BON) has regained compliance with Nasdaq's continued listing requirements after meeting the minimum bid price requirement, the company announced.
The Nasdaq Hearings Panel confirmed on July 2 that BON successfully met the Minimum Bid Price Requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The panel granted the company's request to maintain its listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
BON submitted its compliance plan to Nasdaq on May 16 and presented its case during a hearing on June 5. The Xi'an, China-based company operates as a bio-ingredient solution provider in the natural, health and personal care industry.
As part of the panel's decision, BON will remain under a Discretionary Panel Monitor for one year. During this period, Nasdaq will monitor the company's ongoing compliance with all continued listing standards.
The company is incorporated in the Cayman Islands and provides services in the natural, health, and personal care industries, according to the press release.
