Axos Financial Inc. (NYSE: AX) announced that David Park has resigned from his position as President, Head of Commercial Bank at Axos Bank, a subsidiary of the company. Park informed the company of his resignation on December 15, 2025, with the resignation taking effect at a later date.
The company stated that Park's resignation was not due to any disagreement on any matter relating to Axos Financial. The press release did not specify the effective date of the resignation or name a successor for the commercial banking leadership role.
Axos Bank operates as a subsidiary of Axos Financial Inc., which trades on the New York Stock Exchange.
