Amrize (NYSE: AMRZ) announced it will partner with the Chicago Architecture Biennial as a "Blueprint" partner. The building materials company will join architecture and design firms, construction partners, public authorities and industry experts to exchange ideas on materials science and innovation in building design and construction.
The Chicago Architecture Biennial serves as North America's largest international platform for contemporary architecture and design. The biennial hosts large-scale exhibitions, talks, performances, films and other events focused on global issues through architecture and design.
"Amrize shares in the Chicago Architecture Biennial's mission of exploring innovative ideas and collectively imagining the future of architecture and design to advance how we live," said Nollaig Forrest, Amrize's Chief Marketing Officer. The company operates its headquarters in Chicago.
Amrize reported $11.7 billion in revenue in 2024 and operates over 1,000 sites across the United States and Canada. The company's building solutions have been used in projects including the Lincoln Memorial, One World Trade Center, and Denver's Populus Hotel designed by Studio Gang.
Nora Daley, Co-Chair of the Biennial Board of Directors, said support from companies like Amrize enables the organization to "bring bold ideas to life, activate spaces across the city, and create meaningful experiences for our communities."
