Amplitude president Thomas Hansen to depart March 31

Amplitude Inc. (NASDAQ: AMPL) announced that President Thomas Hansen will leave his position effective March 31, 2026, according to a company statement. Hansen will continue serving in an advisory capacity through April 1, 2027, to support the transition process.

The analytics platform company stated that Hansen's departure does not result from any dispute or disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies, or practices.

Nathaniel Crook, currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer, will assume the newly created role of Chief Commercial Officer and take on many of Hansen's responsibilities. The company did not announce plans to replace the president position.

Amplitude reaffirmed its financial guidance for the first quarter and full year of 2026, as previously outlined in its February 18, 2026 earnings release. The company did not provide specific details about the financial projections in the announcement.

The San Francisco-based company provides AI analytics services to more than 4,700 customers, including Atlassian, Burger King, NBCUniversal, Square, and Under Armour. Amplitude's platform helps organizations analyze user data and optimize digital experiences.
