Aimco (AIV) Closes 11.04M Offering

Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") (NYSE: AIV) announced today the completion of its previously announced public offering of 11,041,934 shares of its common stock, consisting of 9,000,000 shares sold by Aimco and 2,041,934 shares sold by selling stockholders. The shares were sold to the underwriters at a price of $26.74 per share.
