AGM Group Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: AGMH) announced three strategic initiatives including asset tokenization, AI server production, and a partnership with MusicDog.ai, according to a company press release.

The technology company signed a memorandum of understanding with Amber Premium on January 8, 2026, to explore tokenization of AGMH's assets including servers, data center assets, and future orders using blockchain technology.

AGMH launched its ValleyVerse Kraken All-Flash Cluster Storage Server on January 14, 2026, designed for generative AI and high-performance computing applications. The company initiated a supply chain program on February 5 to secure suppliers for NAND flash memory and controller chips. AGMH plans to begin mass shipments of Kraken servers in the second quarter of 2026.

On February 13, 2026, AGMH signed a letter of intent with MusicDog.ai, an AI music creation platform. The partnership includes priority deployment of Kraken servers to MusicDog.ai, joint development of audio-specific chips, and exploration of blockchain-based copyright mechanisms for AI-generated music.

The company stated the initiatives aim to create what it calls a "closed-loop flywheel" where asset tokenization addresses cash flow needs, enabling server production that generates hardware revenue, while applications consume computing power and create intellectual property for further tokenization.

AGMH focuses on assembly and sales of high-performance hardware and computing equipment, including blockchain-oriented chips, cryptocurrency mining machines, and AI infrastructure solutions.

MusicDog.ai develops generative AI technology for music creation and audio processing using large language models and deep learning technologies.
