Syla Technologies (SYT) Appoints Takuya Hanada as CFO

SYLA Technologies Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: SYT) has appointed Mr. Takuya Hanada as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), effective January 4, 2024.

Mr. Hanada is a Certified Public Accountant in Japan and has served as SYLA’s Head of Administration Division since December 11, 2023. From August 2007 to November 2023, he worked within the IPO Department and the Underwriting Credit Evaluation Department of Nomura Securities Co., Ltd, a Japanese securities firm. From October 1998 to July 2007, he worked for ChuoAoyama PricewaterhouseCoopers, an auditing firm. Mr. Hanada graduated from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan in March 1994.
