SUCHNESS TECH files for $20 million IPO on Nasdaq
Suchness Tech Limited filed for an initial public offering Tuesday, seeking to raise $20 million through the sale of Class A ordinary shares with a par value of $0.0001 each.
The company has applied to list its Class A ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "SUCH." The filing did not specify a price range for the offering.
Joseph Stone Capital is serving as underwriter for the IPO. The company stated there has been no public market for its Class A ordinary shares prior to this offering.
The completion of the offering is contingent upon Nasdaq's final approval of the listing application. The company noted there is no guarantee its shares will be approved for listing on the exchange.
