Perfect Corp. (NYSE: PERF) announced a collaboration with Marini SkinSolutions to integrate AI-powered skin analysis technology into the skincare company's digital platform.
The partnership allows Marini SkinSolutions customers to receive automated skin assessments through Perfect Corp.'s AI technology, which analyzes up to 15 skin concerns using a system trained on over 70,000 medical-grade images. The technology provides product recommendations based on the analysis results.
"Today's consumers expect personalized, results-driven skincare solutions," said Alice Chang, Founder and CEO of Perfect Corp. "By integrating advanced AI, Marini SkinSolutions is empowering individuals with precise skin insights and tailored product recommendations that deliver measurable results for their unique needs."
Perfect Corp.'s AI system was developed in collaboration with board-certified dermatologists and processes diverse skin tones, types, and textures. The technology operates through web browsers and adapts to different lighting conditions and facial movements.
Marini SkinSolutions, formerly Jan Marini Skin Research, has operated in the professional skincare industry since 1994. The company develops skincare products backed by peer-reviewed research.
Perfect Corp., founded in 2015, provides AI and augmented reality technology for beauty and fashion applications. The company reports partnerships with over 705 global brands and 1.1 billion downloads of its YouCam app.
