Instacart partners with Pet Supplies Plus for same-day delivery

Instacart (NASDAQ: CART) announced a partnership with Pet Supplies Plus to offer same-day delivery from over 700 stores across the United States. The collaboration provides delivery in as fast as one hour and includes access to more than 11,000 products from 400 brands at exclusive loyalty member pricing.

The partnership extends to over 20 Wag N' Wash stores, Pet Supplies Plus's sister brand focused on self-wash, grooming and natural pet food services. According to the company's press release, this addition makes Instacart the only online marketplace to feature all five of the top US pet retailers.

"We know the important role pets play in people's lives, which is why we're excited to expand our pet retail footprint and welcome the Pet Supplies Plus group to Instacart," said Blake Wallace, Vice President of Retail Partnerships at Instacart.

Chris Rowland, Chief Executive Officer at Pet Supplies Plus, stated the partnership extends the company's commitment to making pet ownership easier while maintaining neighborhood roots.

To promote the launch, Instacart customers can receive $15 off their first Pet Supplies Plus or Wag N' Wash purchase of $75 or more through November 16.

Pet Supplies Plus operates as the largest pet retail franchise with over 725 locations. The Michigan-based company ranked No. 20 in Entrepreneur's Annual Franchise 500 list and No. 33 on Forbes' list of best customer service brands in 2025.

Wag N' Wash currently operates 27 locations nationwide, offering grooming services, self-wash facilities, and natural pet food products.
