Incyte appoints Thomas Tray as principal financial officer

Incyte Corporation (NASDAQ: INCY) appointed Thomas Tray to the additional position of principal financial officer, effective September 16, 2025. The company's board of directors made the appointment on September 30, 2025.

Tray, 48, currently serves as the company's Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. He joined Incyte in June 2005 as Manager, External Reporting, and has held positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President and Controller before his current role.

Tray holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary's University and an Executive MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing from Saint Joseph's University.
