HubSpot launches CRM connector for Anthropic's Claude AI assistant

July 29, 2025 10:45 AM EDT

HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS) announced the launch of a CRM connector for Anthropic's Claude AI assistant, allowing users to access their HubSpot customer data directly within Claude's interface.

The connector enables teams to ask questions in natural language and generate visualizations such as charts and graphs based on their HubSpot data. Users can then take action on insights directly within the HubSpot platform.

"The HubSpot connector makes Claude more useful for our customers by grounding its responses in real context from their business," said Karen Ng, executive vice president and head of product at HubSpot.

The integration allows marketing teams to identify contacts who opened email campaigns but did not click through, while sales teams can request summaries of active deals organized by closing date. Support representatives can access prioritized ticket lists, and customer success teams can compare resolution approaches across different support channels.

The connector maintains HubSpot's existing permission structure, ensuring users only access CRM data they are authorized to view. Anthropic does not use shared data to train its models except when customers provide feedback or opt into training programs.

The HubSpot connector for Claude is available to all HubSpot customers across all service tiers who maintain a paid Claude subscription, including Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise plans.

HubSpot serves more than 250,000 customers across 135 countries and operates an AI-powered customer platform that includes marketing, sales, and customer service tools.
