HubSpot announced more than 200 product updates at its Fall 2025 Spotlight event, introducing new artificial intelligence tools and data management capabilities for its customer platform.

The company unveiled Data Hub, a new product that consolidates data from external sources and includes AI tools to connect, clean and process information. Data Hub replaces the company's Operations Hub and features Data Studio, which uses AI to transform scattered information into unified data, and Data Quality tools that automatically identify and fix problems in customer data.

HubSpot expanded its Breeze AI platform with over 15 new agents across marketing, sales and service functions. The Data Agent researches and answers custom questions about customers, while the Customer Agent serves as an AI front office assistant. The Prospecting Agent operates as a business development representative that monitors prospects for buying signals and personalizes outreach.

The company also launched Breeze Marketplace, where users can discover and install AI agents and custom assistants, and Breeze Studio for managing and customizing these tools. Breeze Assistant now includes web search, memory, file upload capabilities and connections to applications like Google Workspace and Slack.

Commerce Hub received an AI-powered configure-price-quote system that automatically drafts quotes based on conversations and deal context. The system includes a Closing Agent available 24/7 to answer pricing questions and Quote Engagement features that notify sales representatives when prospects view or share quotes.

Marketing Hub updates include AI-driven segmentation tools, campaign asset generation in Marketing Studio, and AI Engine Optimization strategy to help brands appear in large language model responses. The platform also added AI-powered email capabilities that use CRM data to create personalized messages.

HubSpot announced a new connector for Google's Gemini AI platform, allowing customers to bring HubSpot context to Gemini for generating insights and content. The connector is currently in closed alpha testing.

"AI transformation is happening whether we're ready or not," said Karen Ng, executive vice president of product at HubSpot, according to the company's press release.
