Dynatrace achieves AWS agentic AI specialization, wins partner award

Dynatrace (NYSE: DT) announced at AWS re:Invent 2025 that it achieved AWS Agentic AI Specialization and was named AWS Public Sector Technology Partner of the Year for Latin America.

The AWS Agentic AI Specialization is a new category within the AWS AI Competency program. To earn this designation, Dynatrace demonstrated technical expertise and customer success in monitoring and governing agentic AI systems in production environments.

The company received the Latin America Public Sector Technology Partner of the Year award, recognizing its solutions supporting government, education, and nonprofit organizations across the region. This follows Dynatrace's 2024 recognition as EMEA Technology Partner of the Year.

Dynatrace also announced expanded AWS service integrations, including a Cloud Operations Solution for automatic discovery of AWS services, integration with AWS DevOps Agent for faster root cause identification, and observability capabilities for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

The company introduced its Kiro autonomous agent to accelerate developer productivity by handling tasks from bug triage to feature implementation. Additional integrations include AWS Security Hub for cloud security posture monitoring.

"Our collaboration with AWS continues to drive innovation and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers," said Jay Snyder, senior vice president of global partner and alliances at Dynatrace.

The integrations are designed to help enterprises reduce mean time to resolution, prevent outages through automated remediation, and strengthen security across cloud environments, according to the company's statement.
