Docebo Inc. (NASDAQ: DCBO) announced the launch of Docebo AgentHub and a suite of platform innovations at its Docebo Inspire 2026 event. The company said it is transitioning from a learning management system to a unified platform combining skills intelligence, enterprise knowledge, and learning capabilities.
The new offerings include Docebo AgentHub, which uses AI agents to transform enterprise knowledge into learning content. The platform connects to more than 20 enterprise knowledge sources including Confluence, SharePoint, and Google Drive. Enterprise Knowledge allows organizations to access and search information across multiple systems from a single interface.
Docebo Skills Intelligence, powered by the company's acquisition of 365Talents, integrates skills detection and validation with learning delivery. The system identifies workforce capabilities, recommends targeted learning paths, and tracks skill development progress.
The company also introduced Docebo MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server, which makes Docebo data accessible within AI tools including Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT. The MCP Server is available in public beta and will launch generally in July 2026.
Additional features include Docebo Companion, a module that integrates AI-powered learning into existing work systems, and Docebo AI Tutor, an on-demand study assistant that explains concepts and guides learners through material.
"Docebo AgentHub is the foundation we've been building toward," said Alessio Artuffo, President and CEO of Docebo. "For twenty years, we have delivered learning. Today, we deliver learning, enterprise knowledge, and skills intelligence together, inside a single hub."
The platform updates also include rebuilt navigation for administrators, eCommerce improvements with multi-currency functionality, and Interactive Podcasts that convert lesson content into episodes with AI hosts. The company reported that AI-assisted development has led to a 50% increase in new product releases in the most recent quarter.
According to the company's announcement, the majority of Docebo's code is now AI-assisted, which has accelerated product development timelines.
