BNB Plus Corp. to move from Nasdaq to OTCQB after delisting ruling
BNB Plus Corp. (NASDAQ: BNBX) has received a delisting determination from the Hearing Panel of the Nasdaq Stock Market due to the company's failure to meet the minimum $1.00 bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
Trading of BNBX on Nasdaq will be suspended at the open of trading on July 14, 2026. The company's shares are expected to begin trading on the OTCQB Venture Market, operated by OTC Markets Group, under the same ticker symbol, BNBX, starting that same day.
The company said it plans to request a review of the delisting determination by the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council, citing a recently closed financing and ongoing strategic review developments. The review request will not delay the suspension of Nasdaq trading. If the Listing Council agrees to review the matter, it may affirm, modify, reverse, or remand the Hearing Panel's decision.
BNB Plus said it does not expect the market transition to affect its business operations and will continue to file reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a fully reporting public company.
Formerly known as Applied DNA Sciences, Inc., BNB Plus operates a BNB cryptocurrency treasury strategy and also commercializes nucleic acid production solutions for the biopharmaceutical and diagnostics markets.
