Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) announced the expansion of its Multi-Channel Fulfillment service to support merchants selling on SHEIN, Shopify, and Walmart marketplaces. The company made the announcement at its Accelerate seller conference.

The service allows merchants to use Amazon's logistics network to pick, pack, and ship orders from sales channels beyond Amazon.com. Merchants can manage inventory from a shared pool across multiple platforms, integrating with their existing Fulfillment by Amazon operations.

For SHEIN's U.S. marketplace, Amazon plans to launch a free app by year-end that will be available through Amazon Seller Central, Amazon's Supply Chain Portal, and the SHEIN Seller Hub. The app will enable merchants to fulfill SHEIN orders through Amazon's network.

Shopify merchants can now select Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment through the Shopify Fulfillment Network in their Shopify admin panel. The integration provides automatic inventory synchronization, real-time order tracking, and performance metrics.

For Walmart Marketplace, merchants can fulfill orders manually through Amazon Seller Central or use integration partners including WebBee, Pipe17, Rithum, Goflow, and Lingxing. The service provides order tracking, unbranded packaging, and multiple shipping carrier options.

Amazon reported that merchants using Multi-Channel Fulfillment for non-Amazon sales channels have experienced an average 19% increase in sales. The service has also helped reduce out-of-stock rates by an average of 19% and improve inventory turnover by an average of 12%, according to the company.

Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment currently operates in 11 countries and serves hundreds of thousands of merchants. The service already supports fulfillment for other platforms including eBay, Etsy, Temu, and TikTok Shop.
