Alkami Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: ALKT) announced the launch of its Digital Sales & Service Platform, which combines account opening, digital banking, and data marketing capabilities into a single solution for financial institutions.

The platform, announced at Alkami Co:lab 2026, integrates capabilities from the company's acquisitions of Segmint and MANTL. The solution aims to streamline the customer journey from account origination through digital banking services.

Several financial institutions are already using the new platform capabilities, which became generally available to Alkami clients. The platform includes streamlined digital banking registration, enhanced auto-package assignment based on Know Your Customer risk scores, and integrated account activation features.

"The launch of the Alkami Digital Sales & Service Platform, delivered one year after the acquisition of MANTL, demonstrates strong product delivery momentum," said Stephen Bohanon, founder and chief strategy officer at Alkami.

The platform incorporates Quick Apply functionality powered by MANTL, allowing existing account holders to open additional accounts within their digital banking application. It also includes brand alignment tools to create consistent visual experiences between account opening and digital banking interfaces.

According to the company, institutions investing in all three platform components grew by more than four times since Alkami's acquisition of MANTL. In the second half of 2025, 58% of new Alkami digital banking customers selected the full Digital Sales & Service Platform.

The platform integrates Alkami's Data & Marketing Solution, which uses transaction data and behavioral insights for customer engagement. Benjamin Conant, chief product officer at Alkami, said the unified platform eliminates data silos that previously separated onboarding, digital banking, and marketing functions.

Alkami provides digital banking solutions for banks and credit unions in the United States.
