Cramer thinks the right way to play the Brazilian bank sector is to buy Banco Bradesco (NYSE: BBD). BBD trades at 4.2 times book value. Banco Bradesco has less bad loans in default than Banco Itau (NYSE: ITU). Banco Bradesco trades at a lower PE (14) versus Banco Itau's PE of 18.

Jim thinks Banco Bradesco could go from $32 to $40.
