Ford Motor (NYSE: F) shares are trending higher following some positive comments at a Deutsche Bank Finance conference today.
Ford sees growth despite economic turbulance, and it's on track for all previously announced metrics. Ford sees both North American operating margins in the 8 to 10 percent range and Global operating margins in the 8 to 9 percent range by the middle of the 2010s.
Additionally, Ford is expecting to reinstate it's dividend "very soon," according to headlines.
Total automotive debt is expected to be about $10 billion by 2014 - 16.
The presentation is still going on, and Ford stock is trading 4.7 percent better Wednesday afternoon.
