Putin Doesn't Rule Out Extending Oil Pact Beyond March - Bloomberg

Putin said almost all countries are complying with the OPEC and non-OPEC oil accord, according to Bloomberg. Whether there is an extension will depend on markets.
Putin doesn't rule out extending the pact beyond March 2018. If an extension possible, it will be at least through the end of 2018.
