Obama Says Syria Chemical Weapons Attack is 'Challenge to the World'

Speaking with Baltic leaders at the White House today, U.S. President Barack Obama commented,
Obama also commented that military action in Syria will be limited, with no ground troops.
Comments come following news following a U.S. intelligence assessment that a chemical weapons attack carried out in Syria this month killed 1,429 people in a Damascus suburb.

This kind of attack is a challenge to the world,and that he hasn't made a decision yet on what response to take.
Obama also commented that military action in Syria will be limited, with no ground troops.
