Westlake Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

$0.3570 per share dividend declared payable on March 16, 2023

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Westlake Corporation (NYSE: WLK) declared today a regular dividend distribution of $0.3570 per share for the fourth quarter of 2022. This dividend will be payable on March 16, 2023, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2023.

This is the 74th successive quarterly dividend that Westlake has declared since completing its initial public offering in August 2004.
