Warrior Met Coal Declares Special Cash Dividend

BROOKWOOD, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Warrior Met Coal, Inc. (NYSE: HCC) (“Warrior” or the “Company”) today announced that its board of directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.50 per share to be paid on May 20, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 13, 2022.
