RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Universal Corporation (NYSE: UVV), a global business-to-business agriproducts company, announced today that its Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of eighty-two cents ($0.82) per share on the shares of the Company, payable November 3, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 13, 2025.
