Purchase Adds to UNS’ Full Suite of Worldwide Cybersecurity Offerings

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UNS, Inc., an international information technology consulting service provider, announced that it acquired CyberPeak Solutions, combining UNS’ global cybersecurity practice with CyberPeak Solution’s next-generation, cloud-based cybersecurity offerings. This union also includes advanced managed services and enables clients to access a full suite of enterprise-level options to safeguard against cyber threats.

Based in Tampa, Fla., CyberPeak Solutions, a nationally recognized leader in the Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) space, helps organizations optimize their current cybersecurity products. Today’s move is a natural extension of the two companies' long-term, collaborative relationship. It also expands UNS’ cloud-based support and MSSP opportunities to enhance its already robust grouping of protection to handle cyber attacks.
