UL Solutions Announces Increased Quarterly Dividend

NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UL Solutions Inc. (NYSE: ULS), a global safety science leader, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, an increase of $0.005 per share, bringing the annual dividend rate to $0.52 per share, up 4% from the previous annual rate. The dividend will be paid on March 10, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 28, 2025.
