Threadcraft Engineering, Inc. Expands Capabilities with Purchase of M-Square Associates Assets

ALBANY, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Threadcraft Engineering, Inc. (TEI) has completed the purchase of the assets of M-Square Associates, P.C., a structural engineering firm based in Albany, Georgia, expanding its capabilities and strengthening its position as a multidisciplinary engineering provider.

The transaction adds structural engineering to TEI’s existing services in civil, environmental, water resources, and program management. Together, the combined team brings more than 50 years of experience serving clients across the Southeast.

Founded in 1997, M-Square Associates built a strong reputation for structural design and consulting services across commercial, industrial, institutional and residential projects, with a long-standing emphasis on quality work and client relationships.

Joseph G. Motto, PE SE, founder of M-Square Associates, will remain involved during the 5-year transition period in a consulting role, supporting ongoing projects and helping maintain long-standing client relationships.
