Telos Advisers Welcomes Bruce Robinson as Senior Director

Former Federal Transit Administration Associate Administrator brings expertise in public transit policy, infrastructure development, and federal grant management

Robinson adds to an existing team of former transportation executives providing strategic advisory for complex infrastructure projects to public and private clients.

Robinson most recently served as Associate Administrator at the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), where he oversaw the delivery of $21 billion annually in grant funding to over 4,000 public transit agencies and states.

Robinson began his career with the U.S. Department of Transportation in 1997, giving him over 27 years of experience. His leadership has been instrumental in the advancement of dozens of the nation’s most complex and high-value infrastructure projects, including the $16 billion Hudson Tunnel project and the Honolulu rail project.

Robinson earned a Master of Arts degree from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In recognition of his distinguished federal service, Robinson received the Presidential Rank Award in 2024.
