T3Bioscience to Launch Novel Biostimulant Discovered via PROMISA Platform
Simultaneous launch of metabolite-driven RejuPrime in the US and Brazil expected in 2027
MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- T3Bioscience (T3), the US-based startup anchored in a powerful metabolite produced by Pseudomonas species, has announced its plans to launch a novel-mode-of-action biostimulant in 2027. Backed by a series of studies, its new product, RejuPrimeTM, has been shown to improve plant growth, performance, and yield under both normal and harsh abiotic stress conditions.
RejuPrimeTM is T3's second offering developed through its proprietary PROMISA discovery platform. EPA-submission for the company's first product, RejuAgroTM—a unique and stable bactericide/fungicide based on the same novel technology—is expected in 2026. Low-dose applications of RejuPrimeTM across multiple crop systems have consistently enhanced seed germination, seedling vigor, and early plant establishment, demonstrating broad potential for improving crop performance under diverse conditions. Beyond early growth promotion, RejuPrimeTM has demonstrated the ability to increase yield and enhance fruit quality traits, including higher soluble solids (Brix) and lycopene levels.

"Under simulated drought and salinity conditions, RejuPrimeTM-treated plants have shown markedly improved germination performance and accelerated seedling growth compared with untreated controls. Notably, RejuPrimeTM is among the first structurally defined natural compounds identified with plant biostimulant activity, offering a unique advantage over conventional complex biological extracts by enabling a consistent, reproducible, and well-characterized product."
Mechanistic studies reveal that RejuPrimeTM enhances plant stress adaptation through improved cellular redox homeostasis. It enhances the plant’s natural antioxidant defenses, reduces excessive H₂O₂ accumulation and lipid peroxidation, and improves cell membrane integrity. By improving seed establishment, promoting vigorous plant growth, and supporting resilience to environmental stresses, RejuPrimeTM offers growers a sustainable solution to enhance crop performance under mounting climatic and agronomic pressures.
T3 reports RejuPrimeTM trials have been successfully conducted on corn, wheat, soybean, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cabbage. T3 also sees upside potential on other crops, including turf grass and ornamentals. The company plans to launch RejuPrimeTM simultaneously in the US and Brazil as early as next year.
