Sylvester Burley Joins Altimer Capital as Partner
BOSTON & SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Altimer Capital today announced that Sylvester (“Sly”) Burley has joined the firm as a Partner. Sly will play a key role in the continuing growth and success of Altimer Capital, working in close collaboration with founding partners Natasha Fox and Patrick White. Altimer Capital is a private credit and structured equity firm with a focus on technology-enabled businesses in the lower middle market.
Sly was previously a Partner at Avante Capital Partners, where he led capital deployment, fund management, and team building efforts during a period of significant growth for the firm. Earlier in his career, Sly executed control equity transactions at Bregal Investments, Basalt Infrastructure Partners, and Riverstone Holdings. He began his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan.
