SGP, along with Everside Capital Partners, provided all of the capital required to complete the transaction via its One-Stop Buyout™ structure.

Headquartered in Lakewood, CO, Sunny is the leading provider of refurbished land mobile radio communication equipment, including two-way radios, accessories, and communication solutions, in the U.S. Sunny also provides repair services and equipment rentals.
