EDMONDS, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sound Growth Partners (“SGP”) is pleased to announce its acquisition of LPi Digital, LLC (“LPi”) on October 25, 2024. SGP, along with its co-investors Everside Capital Partners and Caumsett Capital, provided all the capital required to complete the transaction via SGP’s One-Stop Buyout™ structure.

Headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, LPi is the largest provider of advertising-supported, print and digital bulletins and newsletters to faith-based, community, and membership organizations across the U.S.
