Sofis Announces Appointment of Rafael Fraga as CEO

TORONTO & RIO DE JANEIRO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sofis, a Brazilian healthcare software provider specializing in hemotherapy and cell therapy solutions, announced the appointment of Rafael Fraga as incoming Chief Executive Officer. Arcadea Group acquired a majority stake in Sofis earlier in 2026. Fraga joins founder Reynaldo Mendes, who will stay on in a leadership role with the business and transfer full responsibilities to Fraga over the coming months.

Fraga is an experienced software executive who spent more than a decade in leadership roles at TOTVS, Latin America's largest enterprise software company. Most recently, as Executive Manager of Products and Business, he held full P&L responsibility for a business unit spanning product strategy, engineering, and commercial operations. Across his tenure he led the launch of TOTVS’s first cloud-native ERP, directed the migration of its customer base from on-premise to SaaS, and drove the cloud modernization of multiple product lines.
