Sklar Kirsh Expands Real Estate Practice With Gregory Marsh

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sklar Kirsh LLP, which has added seven professionals to its Real Estate Practice Group since May, added one more this week, Senior Counsel Gregory M. Marsh.

Real Estate Practice Group Chair Andrew Kirsh said he’s excited about Marsh due to his broad real estate and commercial experience.

“Greg has handled an impressive range of real estate and general commercial transactions for several top Los Angeles-area law firms,” Kirsh said. “He adds to our team’s significant experience in leasing and purchase/sale transactions across all real estate asset classes.”

Marsh’s recent experience includes preparing and negotiating option and contingent purchase agreements for a variety of clients, including a large furniture and fixture company and one of the largest worldwide hotel and casino companies.

Marsh most recently was a Partner at CKR Law, and previously worked with Rosenthal & Marsh, Resch Polster & Berger, Glaser Weil, and Gelfand Rappaport & Glaser. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
