RxBenefits Appoints Sara Epstein as Chief Legal Officer

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- RxBenefits, the employee benefits industry’s first technology-enabled pharmacy benefits optimizer (PBO), today announced the appointment of Sara Epstein as Chief Legal Officer. Ms. Epstein joins RxBenefits with extensive experience across the healthcare and life sciences industries.

Most recently, Ms. Epstein served as Executive Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Syneos Health, where she led a full range of legal and privacy services including corporate governance, labor and employment, contracting, litigation management, strategic transactions and more. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Cotiviti Holdings, Inc. Ms. Epstein also held various roles of increasing responsibility at BlueLinx Holdings, Inc., and is also a former associate at Jones Day. Ms. Epstein holds a JD from Tulane University Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.
